Meskerem Abera arrested again – Mereja

One of Ethiopia’s most distinguished young opinion makers, Meskerem Abera, has been arrested again today by the Federal Police in Addis Ababa, according to her husband.

The Police have not yet explained the reason for arresting her.

Earlier this year, on May 21, 2022, Meskerem was arrested for several weeks before she was released on bail.
