Finance Minister Ahmed Shide Arrives in Washington D.C. –

Addis Ababa, April 18, 2022 (Walta) – An Ethiopian high delegation led by the Finance Minister, Ahmed Shide has arrived in Washington D.C. to attend the meeting of the World Bank Group (WBG) and International Monetary Fund (IMF).

According to the Ethiopian Ambassador to the U.S., Fitsum Arega upon arrival the delegation undertook final preparation for the bilateral and multilateral consultations with officials and representatives of the international monetary organizations.

The 2022 Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) will take place from Monday, April 18, through Sunday, April 24.
