Addis Ababa, November 26, 2022 (Walta) – Ethiopia plays a lead role in digital transformation to the Horn of Africa region, said Nuur Mohamud Sheekh, Spokesperson for the IGAD Executive Secretary.
The Spokesperson, alongside other officials from IGAD (Intergovernmental Authority on Development) member states, visited the Ethiopian state-of-the-art Science Museum in Addis Ababa, courtesy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.
Following the visitation, the IGAD ES Spokesperson commended Ethiopia as a role model in digital transformation to the rest of the Horn of African region.
“It is great to see [Ethiopia] play a lead role in digital transformation. [The country is] a model for the rest of the region,” Nuur Mohamud Sheekh noted on Twitter.
